Wednesday | 10-05-2011 | Rocking Christmas

Right on time at the beginning of December you will be able to notice a vital sign of 7 Gates personally. On December 2nd at 7:30pm there will be action in the location Efzet in Bad Vilbel. And we will prove that a contemplative time can be somewhat different.

The other bands that night are "Drop This" and "Instant Liberty".

Wednesday | 03-30-2011 | New bass player at 7 GATES

Hello out there,

after a long time finally a sign of life from us. The bandlineup has changed. After lots of years Jonas quit due to personal reasons. Our feelings about this are strong, so we can't tell them in a news message. So there is only one thing to be said: Thank you Jonas for the special time we had in all the years and stay metal! We wish you all the best!

Although these are different times for us, something positive happened. A keyboarder (Martin) applied for the band and we instantly liked him much. But there was one problem, he came to our rehearsal did a great job, but decided for himself that playing the keyboard in a metal band is not as cool as he thought it to be. So he rehearsed again with us playing his bass guitar. Because of Jonas leaving the band there was a vacant place to be filled and Martin did a great job. So we kicked the keyboard and said hello to our new bass player. End of line.

We hope to see you soon on stage - Stay Heavy!

After one year in searching, we finally found redemption.

2009 was very exhausting. Many guitarists applied, came to our rehearsal room and played with us. But in the end we knew, it would be Martin.

Martin knows the band and hour music from the very beginning. He is a passionate guitarist and we all are very happy about his decision to join 7 Gates. With him the spirit of 7 Gates, which surrounded the band for the last years, will advance and flourish.
It feels fucking good to be whole again!

That means for us: 7 Gates is whole again! We are very happy to have Martin in the band and we welcome him to fight with us in the upcoming battles!

That means for you: 7 Gates is bringing death to Frankfurt again!

After a period in search of a new guitar player and self-discovery we decided to move on in different ways. This does not mean that 7 GATES will fundamentally change, but we will do things different than we did them before.

We're sorry to announce that Simon has left the band due to personal reasons. We regret and respect his decision and we also reckon proudly the great time and all the fun we had together in all these years. We wish him all the best and hope that he will always remember these times for good!
